DIMITRI THERIOS

The Warrior Athlete is a special skill, a fine art rather than just physical training for aesthetic appeal.

Dimitri began his martial arts training at the age of 13 in the art Chinese Gung Fu.  He then continued to train extensively in different arts including Brazilian Jujitsu, Wing Chun, Kickboxing and Chi Gung meditation.

In 2002, Dimitri began training with Jerry Poteet, one of five individuals hand picked and privately trained by Bruce Lee, in the art of Jeet Kune Do.  After spending years training privately and traveling with Jerry on seminars in Europe and the U.S., he was certified as one of only seven Full Instructors worldwide in Jeet Kune Do.  Dimitri is also trained as an instructor by CFT / Warrior Diet creator Ori Hofmekler in exercise physiology and nutrition, and Dr. Darren Weissman in the LifeLine Technique. 

After 25+ years of training and researching various martial art principles and health & exercise programs, Dimitri developed Somareti: Performance Training to ultimately enhance the Mind, Body & Spirit of each practitioner.

LAURA MICHELLE PRESTIN

My mission is to bring inspiration and education worldwide to every person who wants to live a healthy & fit lifestyle.

Laura Michelle Prestin is a holistic health practitioner and performance training specialist, having dedicated her focus towards physically & emotionally empowering individuals as a world-renown Fitness Influencer.

She is an international cover model that holds a degree as a Registered Practical Nurse; a Bikini Pro Champion with over 10+ years of fitness and health expertise and is the author of “Your Food’s Dirty Little Secrets”. 

Laura has also been certified as a LifeLine Practitioner by Dr. Darren Weissman and continues to mentor and train people from all over the world in the Somareti Performance System.

OCTAVIO QUINTERO

This training experience is a process that will empower you to overcome the greatest challenge that you’ll ever face – yourself.

With 24 years of experience in the Martial Arts industry, Octavio Quintero is a world renowned Instructor in North America, Europe and Asia. He has been featured in Inside Kung Fu and Black Belt Magazine.

His background includes Ju-Jitsu, Kenpo Karate, Escrima, Wing Chun, & Full Contact Kickboxing. Octavio was one of only a handful of instructors to receive a Full Instructor Jeet Kune Do certificate in 2006 by the late Jerry Poteet, an original Bruce Lee student. In addition Octavio was an assistant to Jerry for personal training sessions and seminars.

A proponent of Fitness, Health, Fight Conditioning and the over-all Total Balance of Physical Performance; Octavio is committed to coaching those who are seeking a life changing experience.

JAMES HERRON

By focusing on the “whole” and not just the pieces, we can enhance not only our athletic performance, but also our life’s purpose.

As a former elite athlete in college football, wrestling and track, James has been helping athletes achieve their highest levels of performance using his extensive background in sports performance, neuroscience and sports nutrition.  Having obtained his Bachelors in Exercise Science James has always had a passion for helping clients achieve their highest form of physical expression.  Mentored under Coach Ron McKeefrey, a former strength and conditioning coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, James has been prepared to teach athletes what it takes to perform at a high level.

Having trained extensively in sophisticated neurology systems like AMN (Applied Movement Neurology) and RPR (Reflexive Performance Reset) that help balance the athlete’s nervous system and optimize their response time while increasing their awareness, speed and dramatically reducing risk of injury – James utilizes a unique & comprehensive approach that specifically reinforces the body’s neurological connections.

James focuses on mental, physical and emotional components to help clients achieve excellence not just in their physique, but also their lives.  Having experienced multiple injuries himself – James understands the importance of preventing injury and balancing the client’s approach to training by not only bettering themselves along their fitness journey, but to also help them create an overall blueprint to living.
